I also purchased some LTGL today. I talked to a Mike at head office and he told me there are around 50 million shares outstanding. 25 million shares are held by the insiders, around 7 million are held by employees and another couple of million are in friendly hands according to him. He was very tight lipped and said he could not tell me anything for fear of jeopardizing any forthcoming deals. I sort of got the feeling that things could get quite interesting.

Andre': < Off Topic > Long time no see! Doug is doing great!! His second Third Stock seminar is coming up next weekend and then he has a forth one planned for Calf. in June, I think. Many of us have splintered off in many directions, but most all still know where to go to get very good stock advice. I see you were in NEZT as well. Great move there for those who got in early enough. Same with HNLY. Get any of the HNLY ? Looks to me like LTGL could be another HNLY or a smaller version of NETZ. The volume is here! The others are falling as LTGL held it own. Looks like there is alot of interest in LTGL and everyone awaiting some News from the company. Contracts is what I here! Pep boys, Radio Shack. Some newsletters going out tonight are to recommend LTGL, sorry don't have the names handy right now. Keep us up to date on anything you find. I think many DayTraders will be buying after the open Tuesday. Instock
