I agree with you completely. I do note, however, an absence of anything in your post that would help to re-establish the serious ongoing discussions that have been interrupted.

I keep trying to engage someone in a serious comparison of what we are now seeing with the last few months of the 1929 market. For example, during the spring of 1929 there was a lot of indecisive oscillation that may be comaprable to what has happened since last August, with a final run-up that may be comparable to what we are now in.

Have you studied the parallels and, if so, what do you think of them?

Actually some posters here and on other threads have in fact addressed this, but given the general thrust of this thread I do not think that we have exhausted it, especially since the bull market is still intact.
