I owned a stock that was trading at $1 buck a share - (Satchi & Satchi), it declared a 10 for 1 reverse spilt, and quickly dropped to $7 bucks a share after the split. At $1 it had reached a floor, but trading at $10 people felt like selling again. (However, the company sucked and the original brothers that owned the company left and formed a competing company and took most of the old companies clients with them - so maybe we can't really compare them to MPRS).

I can't say I am happy about my 28,000 shares being turned into either 7000 or 5600 shares. It seems to me MPRS had a better chance of going from 2 back to 5 than it does of going from either 8 to 20, or 10 to 25. Its very different from a psychological standpoint. Two bucks a share seems to be a fairly firm bottom right now. The real question is - Will 8 or 10 be a firm bottom if MPRS continues to lose money after the split. If they report a big loss this summer this could end up being a disaster. And, if they offer more shares at that point to raise money, we are really in trouble. Also, you have to wonder what the developers at MPRS will think having their options reduced from 900,000 to 225,500 in number.

The Vote for the Reverse split, if there was even one would not be
unitl May, probably inconjunction with the 4Q.

By then hopefully MPRS will be higher some good games are coming out.
Or a take over. Today sunbeam bought ALRT, Colemans and someother co.
UTR merged with BMRQ.

With 28.6M S/O it doesn't matter much for a Roll Back. Unless
the management is so poor that they make AKLM's (50.3M s/o) look like Business Wizards. Then again maybe they are sticking with mostly console games.

ERTS - 59.2M S/O
AKLM - 50.3M
MWY - 38.5M S/O
ATVI - 18.9M
THQI - 6.66M

The Nasdaq will require MPRS to come into compliance with its listing requirements by May 23. I am already on record as stating that the Board met February 27 and discussed the reverse split with an aim to approving a 3, 4, or 5 to one reverse split. At this time I believe the company will announce in the next few weeks that it is going to put a 5 to one reverse split proposal to shareholders. I understand that many people don't trust what is posted on boards in general, and I agree that much talk is not to be trusted. I agree that people do not act wisely when they act on rumor, and I am not even suggesting a course of action to anyone at this point. However, this issue has been given a lot of (perhaps excessive) attention, and I believe it is in the interest of those people who are concerned about the split and who believe my posts are in earnest to know that I believe this issue is going to be confronted by shareholders, for better or worse, in the very near term. So take this as a "To Whom it May Concern" notice...
