CONFIRMATION OF MATT BLACK I also spoke with Mr. Brommer this afternoon (3:10'ish pm cst). I confirm everything Matt said. Brommer told me Magra will release financials this week (I did not specifically ask him if it would be Tuesday). Brommer confirmed that Magra will lose money this quarter but setting things up for next quarter e.g. equipment purchases etc. We talked about Henley and how they are at 10 mil this year from 2.5 mil last year. Financials for Henley due out sometime in April. Found Brommer on phone to be personable, polite and direct. Gut feeling is I believe him. I will agree that it is odd that I was able to get through (he picked up on first ring); called the 1-800-749-0114 number off of Dec 4 PR. He said he's been taking calls all day, he's stressed out and when I asked him if I could post that we talked he asked me not to. I now have a credibility problem with Jeff but I am not prepared to let my money get flushed down some MM sewer hole because someone did/did not speak to someone. The ruttish spam'sters are all about to hit the road and lurch on towards NOFF or from wherever they came and leave this company in the hands of investors who see a forward moving corp which presently trades at $0.55. There's no chance in my opinion of HENLY hitting $1.15 by Wednesday but this is the safest $0.50 to $4.00 stock out there. If HENLY does produce a MAGRA financial tomorrow I'm looking forward to turning these and other spam swilling weasels with short penises into road-kill. Cordially Bar Bar

First of all, I won't get into an argument nor insult you in any way...not my style...whatever you want to say in follow-up will most likely not get a reply...In regard to Dole, I'm a businessman, he better have an ID...neither him, you or I are above the law! As far as being skeptical, absolutely...I'm always skeptical with my investments...anyone who isn't might as well throw their money down the toilet!!! For someone as knowledgeable as you seem to be, you don't seem to fit the limited profile I have put together on you, that you "thought" those were some of the requirements for your Schwab 500 club. People investing with millions usually have a good handle on their expenses...you apparently don't by your own admission. You seem to be involved with some big companies...I can't understand why your spending so much time on this thread...people of your caliber don't have the time you seem to have! As far as saving my ass, I have saved my own ass for 52 years, of which 27 of them has been from people like you that have a way of dealing out information for your personal gain...I saved my ass this morning (Monday) by bailing out for the very reasons that James outlined in his historical review of HNLY...which I feel his effort was over and above any DD anyone else has posted on this thread! I spend most of my DD on the messengers (posters), after the initial review of press releases (if there are any). What seemed to catch my attention about you was your strong rebuttal to criticism from your FIRST post...you disappeared conveniently for a couple days so people could bash you and then suddenly a post comes out today (Monday) that seemed to verify your post...now the apologies come... What seemed even MORE interesting is that all the "Bashers" apologized...then the compliments came in and you are a hero... TO THOSE READERS that are not SI members, a member can check the biographies of the people posting by clicking on the posters name. I will not mention names, but SI members should DD posters names and find a correlation of information being exchanged between posters...I will say this... MOST of the bashing and apologies and the compliments to his posts came from people who became members of SI in February, 1998...with no information other than name and date of membership...Coincidence??? You readers be the judge...I counted five...similar MO's. It's also funny that these same people are the only ones who managed to get thru to Jeff Brommer and talked to him personally...they are the same ones with no biographies...Everytime I called Jeff I got a recording...today I left a message but no return call. What kind of company has an 800 number with a recorder at all times??? I hope I didn't offend anyone...that was not my intention...do I have a lot of time on my hands (If your wondering why the long post)???...no I don't...but for this I made time! I got out this morning (Monday) and have no intention of getting back in...I HONESTLY hope all of you make money on HNLY...I had to get out because of all the nonsense that started today...I doubt that I will post again because these threads are beginning to get away from their original design...
