Personally, I can't wait to see if there is a run-up prior to Vapor!'s release-- maybe to the $12 level. That would be a terrific time to short IOM. There is little doubt in my mind that IOM will be at $6 1/2 by the end of Summer/Early Fall.

The more I read about Vapor!, the more problems I see for it. This device does not make anything any easier for the portable market. A Vapor! disc will not run in a Zip drive. There will be no caddy for it. That plan was dropped.

All Vapor! adds is more clutter for your desktop. You have to buy a docking bay for Vapor! just to get the info into a computer. This is no better than a PC Card solution, which is already the standard. The current Palm Pilot's docking bay solution already offers a better convenience factor already, because you need not attach anything to it once it is undocked.

It seems like the only people excited about Vapor!, are Iomega and Iomaniacs.

OEM's certainly aren't.
