(The one thing I pray is that there is we know the whole story.) In light of what was stated about this quarter in the cc, I find little concrete reason to think there is some catastrophic, or even negative, news that we do not know. Management of this company is not stupid enough to INVITE a shareholder lawsuit. Insiders have a considerable personal stake in the share price, and in the success of the company. Are they selling, or filing SEC documents indicating an intent to sell? I haven't seen any. This is selling on fear. Similarly, a little over two months ago we were facing a "bear market in techs" due to the Asian crisis. Remember that? jc

Great to hear. I got in for another 425 shares this week too. Nothing like a little reinforcement. We'll be going up or down together I suppose. I was cashed out thought. I sold out of a marginally improved position in another stock since it seemed if MRVC improves even a little, I'll come out further ahead than if I rode the other to my target. later eric
