I have to assume the SEC will make no such announcement one way or the other. After all, they didn't make "an announcement" to begin with. Once BAT is cleared, it will be up to Bat to tell the world what it wants the world to know. I'd also guess that the SEC went straight to the red flags for evidence of impropriety and had they found it we'd be shut down, at least temporarily,long before now. I'd also guess that the reconstruction of the website is a good indicator of VERY big and good things to come. Otherwise,why bother? good luck. rick
