Dave, It is hard to say. I suspected the Shaar fund in the last run-up although it is possible that they behaved like angels after helping to depress the stock price to near oblivion and then holding their hand out for almost 6 M shares. Was the run-up a result or a cause of the then pending delisting? Have you ever gotten a definitive answer as to why this delisting came with no warning. Anyway, some deals have been announced with some debenture holders but no details given. I am still not happy with the disclosure of these matters in the 10Q. Hopefully, the 10K will give a complete account of all that has happened. Rest assured that market maker firms know these details. See you, Joe

David, I don't know who is engineering but I saw the same thing happen with plrn, tons of buying them a reverse split and symbol change to iccn.
