Some thoughts:

DCLK's market cap today is roughly worth 525 million.

Zulu's 65% control of SoftBank (valued at DCLK's market cap) is worth 341 million.

It is puzzling that the number of NETZ shares is going down. Does this not mean the intrinsic value of NETZ is going up?

Some of the people behind NETZ may be crooked (as inferred by Wired), but the SoftBank and Echomedia subsidiaries themselves certainly seem legitimate businesses.
