Bruce,

How long do you think it will take to get to $3, so we can skip
to $8. <gggg>

I see that the company is being real quiet lately. Do you think that
there could be something cooking in Joe's kitchen?

Sure hope so, and hope there's enough for all the marines!!!

GO LONG AND STRONG DCTC:-)

Tom

Hello Bruce,

That very scenario is the reason trading DCTC is risky in terms of
a big play. You just have to guess wrong one time and the prospect
you've worked hard to follow is gone. I'm not saying we will see a
gap without foresight, but with M&A companies it happens all the time.
I've got too much time and effort invested to squander it for a
trading play.....take care....ttyl

Lou

Bruce, I have had a recent experience, of having a stock more than triple on me right after I got out, and it ain't the most enjoyable experience. :) I have a feeling that the scenario you painted for the sale of DCI is pretty likely and I plan to be at the party when it happens.

James

Dear Bruce:
You are correct. Our publicly stated goal is to build a profitable company and sell it in whole or in part.In the Telecom industry today buyers have been applying multiples to the sellers
revenues. They go anywhere between 2 to 6+ times revenues.A perfect example is what we sold the London contract for - five(5) times annualized revenues.
Since we formed the JV in Canada we have had expressions of interest from four different companies using the standard multiples.
If you look at a) that situation,b)our present book value(at Cost),
c) the unrealized appreciation from the SMTK stock, d)our present
revenue base(excluding the JV)and the WorldPass revenues times the
standard multiplier divided by our shares outstanding you will
readily see that the current market price is pure fiction and does not reflect the true worth of this company. When we do sell
I will not announce a letter of intent but rather announce that a
definitive agreement has been signed and that shareholders(long term supporters) of a "date gone by" will reap the benefits and not the short termers who are interested in making peanuts. The transaction
will have been done and those who are in will be the winners.
Best Joe
