>Some more than others. :) NETZ and most penny stocks rise based on newbies who have no idea what the heck they are doing, except listening to rumors and hype. It happens every time, it happens every day, it is a constant in the universe. Kinda like AOL.. without newbies nobody would use their service because it sucks so badly- but there is a seemingly endless supply of newbies who dont know any better and a certainly endless supply of free AOL disks.. maybe netz could start sending out free certificates? or a "buy 2 get 1 free" promotion?
