Gerald, I don't want to sound like a college professor but I don't believe you have anything approaching a strategy. IT sounds more like short term opportunism.There are a number of steps you need to go through to get to a strategy. One really important one is to list key issues that surround your investment planning. Subjects to include are post 2000 growth for Y2k companies, taxes, recession timing, market crashes,your risk profile,what are your financial goals?
