There may not be a single answer to that question. If the warrants are in a "street name", YOUR BROKER will set the final deadline dates, not Intel. Different brokers may have different requirements for how much notice they will require that you want to convert.

jmac. My broker said the 11th. My warrants were in street name but I converted last week just in case.
