< You have been a long term holder >

I dumped ABMI a while ago. IMO, the ideal situation would
be to have the manufacturing facilities cranking out ABMI
products. That is, if they are selling or expected to sell.
The OEM agreement seems like a low margin insurance policy
for stagnant assembly lines.

I'm aware of the significance of silicon vs. latex. So
are the big boys like Baxter, etc. If ABMI had a total
lock on that market a suitor wouldn't view $2, 1.50, 1.00,
.50, or yes even .345 cents as a significant barrier to
a 2 billion dollar market. Think about it, nobody was waiting
for ABMI to go belly up to offer them chump change for their
patents. In fact, the opposite makes far more sense. A bidding
war would have already occurred to buy the key to the future
in this particular arena.

Read the press releases going back a few years. The story has
always been full of hype with no delivery and big-time dilution.
ABMI is not a secret and it's .34 cents on the OTC BB for a reason. When it sounds to good to be true...

I hope everyone here has the stomach for the pre-earnings shakeout,
the dealers in this stock are not choir boys.

Good Luck to all ABMI longs !!!!
