Actually, they have a lot less than half the shares people here say TVSI has outstanding, and the company they merged with-- Star Tobacco-- has 1997 revenues of $ 20 million. If you look on EDGAR at the EYTC/Star merger agreement, you'll see in Schedule 2.2 that the EYTC has 3.4 million issued and outstanding common shares. For what it's worth.
