Mr. Metals, I was wondering if you could help me out with a problem. I read several threads here on SI and one of them in particular has people on it that keep insinuating that the company in question is a fraud and run by a bunch of scam artists. I know that individuals that have done this in the past have been sued by the respective companies. If someone such as myself were to observe such activity then is there a competent authority that you could recommend that I alert to such activity?

Mr Metals, They just tigtened up reg S to the point where the hold is very long and defeats scams, but genuine investors for the long term can still buy the shares.
