Hard to say Charles. Unless someone could actualy be allowed to investigate the books of IPM and all the companies it has dealt with, it's tough to prove anything. Didn't IPM close access to their annals via a change in articles a year or so ago. That's a sign.
The old saying, "where there's smoke...." but my fav is "Bulshit baffles brains". see ya.......
