Its already happening. Intel has cut prices arbitrarily just to shut down AMD. However I think AMD is rebounding by fixing the yields.

Regardless of prices, the key is for AMD to get 30% market share by the end of the year. The market will sense that, that is what AMD is doing and will accord it an appropriate price (A conservative estimate would be about $100, but what do I know, it might even be $90 :-)))
