Margaret. Warrants. There are other ways we don't really want to talk about that could prevent you from converting or selling your warrants. I kept thinking about that in the last week and decided to convert. If something happened unforeseen my warrants would expire worthless. The brokerage cannot convert until the day you call it in. With that much money at stake I don't like to convert at the last minute. gg.

intc = $100 in 3 months....for all u warrant holders.. hope this helps. i m fully
converted ....my 98 leaps and warrant and all from many years. now we wait. john
hull told me to goto sleep till june 98 back in nov-dec .... so this 3months price
target jives w. that.

Intel Corp. (INTC) traded lower even after CS First Boston boosted its
three-month price target on the stock. Analyst John M. Geraghty upped
his share-price target to $100. Geraghty said the fundamentals of the
PC market remain solid, citing Dell Computer Corp.'s (DELL) recent
industry forecast. He also pointed to Intel's 0.25 micron product, which
is ramping up faster than expected and driving Pentium II chips to
market ahead of schedule. Geraghty said he is keeping Intel on the
firm's "Focus List." Nevertheless, Intel closed down 2 1/8 at 87 5/8 amid
reports it reduced its order to Teradyne, causing the lowered earnings
