To All, LTGL is a real co. They do however have a huge amount of stock out there and they do have an unfriendly MM working against this stock in NY.NY. Back in June of last year I spoke w/ one of thier IR peoplwe and at that time they were trying to negotiate abuy back of shorted shares but to no avail .Thus the stck dropped to the lows that we saw .If this buying pressure keeps up You will see a lot of short covering soon from these MMs.They are the only ones who could short it and now they may all have to start buying if they havent started already .W/ a 12 m day in vol today will it push 24 tommorow ? If it does I think you will see .60 to a dollar before weeks end . LTGL is slow w/ its financials and is a family run buisness . I live here in ft lauderdale and have spoken w/ the owners back in june of last year .I did not enter at that point because they gave no signs of attemting to list on the Nas or Amex.I felt at this point that they just were not in a position to do so and also was told point blank that it was not one of there immediate goals. It now seem s that it is there goal so I will investigate this further. I hav there product literature and I have seen their products . I think they are ready to move but I am not sure of how well poised they are or how well they control their PR. I think they need some real talent in this area .To many small co s think they can come up w/ out professional help and it ends up costing them big time .I also believe that they need to get out of the mom and pop persomnality and focus on buisness as it is in the real world of high finance.I will give you a report tommorow if i get a chance to call them or go to visit the plant personally.
