Dear Bob I agree with you. It is not likely that the company would want to relist. Remember what the delisting was for (past sins) it had little to do with the new requirements. The question that Zeev brought up about the floorless is good. I believe that it is not an issue that the company is worried about (have they asked for more shares?). I believe that there is somethings about this issue that are not being discussed. If you read the S-3, you will see what recourse that the debt holders have....they have done nothing. As for this rally, I think that Frank is on it....suckers rally. Earnings should not be out until the end of the month. Just My Thoughts Dave U PS I can't believe what we are talking about...<V VBG>
