I had a motherboard and bench marked it. It has video built in. By chossing your bench marks you can make it what ever you like from 120 Mhz to about 166. In general it is about a 133. Cyrix also says that in their bench marks on their site as they have a few for different scenarios, you know cache intensive etc etc.
The price will not drop that far as the only thing that can fall is the CPU and that will not fall by $200. The monitor. hard drive, floppy, memory, mother board, keyboard, mouse etc are as cheap as they can get. They will only cheapen that by $100-150 before they have to go to lesser memeory/ drive etc.
