dwight, I'm afraid we may be misinterpreting the impact of this huge order. It may turn out to be a situation where ORBI gets the business (1)If the funds are available, (2)If the project is really pursued (3)when the two lower bidders have extracted their full measure of monies (ORBI was the highest of three bidders for the business.

I don't mean to cast cold water on this euphoria, but I agree there is probably a good reason ORBI's IR hasn't jumped on and I'm anxious to hear the company line on the actual potential here.

I suspect there may be something in the contract prohibiting the release of certain information, since this is a government contract possibly involving matters of national security. They may be working on acceptable wording of the release. Just a guess.
