Wow! I didn't realize that photolithography had been scaled up so far so fast, although from the look of some neighborhoods I guess I should have known.

Off topic: Huh? What are you talking about and taking issue with me on? What do Champion, Fleetwood, Oakwood have to do with this thread? CMP means chemical mechanical polishing which is a technique to make a flatter wafer surface so that the GENERAL LITHOGRAPHY challenges are lessened in the fabrication of semiconductor devices.
