Dulane, a Silicon Investor Think Tank is certainly an interesting concept. We would have to find a way to overcome the instant dilemma of facing an adversary with BIG BUCKS, which can and does buy the best insider information available at any instant. They have links to every information source you can think of. The only small investors that outsmart these people are the SOES Bandits (the day traders that slip in and out and can outmaneuver the market makers. They have to make numerous trades for fractional profits per trade. Because they are not dependent on the b*llsh*t the ANALysts spew daily, they can prevail often, but they work their butt off, since they can only trade 1,000 shares per trade, to my knowledge. BTW, SOES Bandits are intensely hated by the bigger BANDITS. Dulane, do not underestimate the power of GROUP UNITY. We can overcome the power of big money by exposing sleazy and possibly illegal tactics that border on fraud if we establish a powerful group that can sting the guilty parties through public exposure and possibly class action lawsuits. The only wall street denizen I can really call an analyst is Cramer.
