Any way you spin it, Actrade is a sub-prime factoring company. No one seems to understand how a TAD can be distinguished from the Diversified Cash Flow concept. If you as an individual investor want to buy in on the concept, buy ACRT. If you advocate such a buy to others, you may be participating in a scam. Is this collusion? Is it RICO? I doubt it. You may be stupid and deserve to be broke, but I for one don't want to pay for your lodging in some federal facility even if you have technically broken the law. I would rather assume that everything you post is bullshit. If someone loses money because of something read on these chat groups, that's a shame. I personally believe that even at the current price, this stock remains overpriced.

I don't invest in any business that I don't understand. I don't understand Actrade's business as anything but a jazzed up factor house. The background of management is not redeeming. The award of one million shares to Aharoni is a huge red flag. If this company's numbers continue on the trajectory expected and shilled by the longers here, good for them. During the next year I would expect to see some "one time" write-downs and "extraordinary" events mar this wonderful future. In which case the inflated ratios are not justified.

BTW, no one seems to know how many employees work for this wonderful company. Is there a group photo in the annual report? Does anyone know the number? Do they still have an office in Salt Lake City? How many offices do they have, and where are they? Someone suggested that GE Capital would be interested in buying ACRT. Is this more puffery? Can we bank on this information?

Maybe this company should be put on trial to find out this kind of information. How about Wednesday?
