Thanks for your contributions, E.H.F. I agree with you on the wisdom of management's conservative outlook, and the broader distribution of dependence afforded by the merger. I've bought in last fall at 26, then bought more in December at 17+. While it would be nice to have enjoyed more of the recent small cap resurgence, I think patience in UTR will be reworded, and I'm holding on for now. If they can meet expectations in a quarter like the last one, we're likely to have seen the worst. Regards, Dave
