Carl: Just a thought on what you posted. I respect your opinion and I'm sure you have heard ad infinitum about the KRY long position on Fung. However, I found the following comments by you curious: "I don't know the man personally, but as far as I can tell, he has never won the Nobel peace prize or worked to end world hunger. He's a very rich, very powerful businessman who happens to be involved with KRY at the moment." Personally, I could care less about what he has done for peace or hunger but I like your statement about his power and his finances. KRY does not need a Mother Theresa right now. They need a "very rich, very powerful businessman". Don't get me wrong. Charity is great. But this is an investment. And I go where money and power go. That's why your statement confused me. Sounds like you think Fung is a rather complementary fit to KRY's needs. I would also be curious on your thoughts as to whether the co-drafter of the Venezuelan Constitution and Venezuela's premier proponent of increased sensitivity to mining environmental concerns, Tejera Paris, is also looking to just line his own pockets as President of Crystallex's newest entity, Minavenca. Thanks.

Hello Carl; Give what a break, read your post again, there were some others as well that have been attempting the character assasination approach, the way you posted sure sounded the same. Some people have asked about Robert Fung and his accomplishments, and as soon as we have provided them we have attacks again......why? Why is it necessary for character assassination, Carl...just what does that play in due dilligence, if you care to look I have been on this forum for quite awhile, and I have seen it all before, here. I have provided information when ever asked, what have you provided, now you appear to want to be the self appointed forum cop.....no Carl you give it a break........I have a very open mind....that is why I have been able to profit well from this play.....while you have just sat there and lurked.....basically. And asked some of the most rediculous questions. If you cannot provide any information of use, then I suggest it better that you remain a lurker......you do that very well! If you have any decent information, just one piece, on either KRY or PDG, post it, I have plenty on both company's, so far you have only seen a very small piece of the puzzle. With regards,Frank
