Dennis: Your comparison of the two companies had no relevance. The only thing in common was that a shell was purchased for a reverse merger. On the basis of EYTC sustaining a price, you implied the same
would happen in TVSI. Not that it can't happen, however, it will not happen simply because it is a reverse merger.

I hope that better explains my post.
