John:

Who knows, Drakes, you might be right about it hitting the low 2's.
Based on comparative valuation of PSR with industry leaders, I would say I wouldn't want to stay short much below that point.

Guess I'll cross that bridge when (if) I come to it. I'm just trying to balance short term considerations (e.g. when the conversions might be over with) with a longer term view. I've seen too many of these things continue to get pounded into the dirt after I've covered.

Maybe I'll just start covering 1/2 or 3/4 my position when I think the volume indicates the conversions may have ended and leave the rest of the short out there in the hope that the thing goes terminal.

John,

Must an S-3/A always be filed. I am looking a TERA as a short. It had an S-3 for nearly 1 million shares filed back in January, as well as a couple Form 4's would you mind taking a look and explaining how this fits your shorting criteria.

Thanks,
Allan
