Arthur, - It appears as though they are giving away some pretty significant prizes as part of the 40th birthday party. You are correct that this should build foot traffic quite a bit as customers register to win. I'll take the 1958 Chevy Convertible. <gg>

Is there a reverse head & shoulders formation (bullish)?

I'm not much of a technical investor, but I just noticed a head & shoulder formation starting early November & ending early January. $16 is the baseline, and it preceded the downturn from its high (the head) of 19 + 5/8 to the low of high 13s.

Now, there is a reverse head & shoulders, signaling a bullish run. Again, $16 is the base, and it began as soon as the previous one ended (early January), and ended late February. This time the head is the low. If this formation continues, I believe we can definitely reach at least $18 in the near term, but of course, I'm hoping for much more.
