Holder98, why do you think the earnings will be bad? The downgrade was probably caused because the stock had doubled. I know that I don't find stocks as attractive once they have doubled. Even if the earnings miss, I doubt the terms would be renegotiated. In my cynical mind, renegotiation would mean that either NETA management botched the due diligence process, or that TISX made gross misrepresentations. Neither of these is an admission management likes to make. Carl
