I don't understand much about warrents, but in yesterday's news release from Lab Intl. it appeared they practically gave away "millions" of shares and warrents for next to nothing ($0.22/share, $0.27/share) while the rest of us had to pay $0.40-$0.42/share. It's disappointing. You would think they would value their shares more than that. Besides the location and size of their property, half the people I know purchased LAB because of the low number of shares issued. - approx. 11 million?? How will this now affect LAB numbers of shares issued?
