Excellent message! I hope that's one that the Borland people happen to pass on to Del. Although it seems very obvious to us as programmers, I have seen very few managers or executives who understand (or at least act like it).

I agree. Keep the VSGN HQ. Keep the employees happy. THe best incentive they have is that their VSGN options are now BORL options. i.e. they stand to benefit $$ by staying with the company. As I recal, Open employees did not have the same scenario.
