I believe they gave 3.25M shares at around $40 per share or $130M. That is 2.3 time sales. They are trading at 6 times so it should give them a boost. I would keep watching the margins however. I am not familiar with OAO, but I will look at them. Are you a University of Michigan grad? I graduated from there in 1969. I still live in Ann Arbor. regards Stew nelson
