Hi kenny,

If last year was any indication, you might be right about late March. But This years EXSO is NOT last year's EXSO. I still recall early March. Oh well, I just hope one of us is right !

Here's somethings to consider regarding EXSO. First, Chip said that management sold stock for tax reasons and the bought it back. If the bought at the beginning of the year (which I attributed to a Jan effect) then they must have paid anywhere between .12 and .15 for their shares. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me.

Second, of all the statements Chip made in the Feb 16th E-mail, I liked this one the most:

I believe that the industrial services sector can keep just about all equipment that they have, or hereafter acquire, busy with current or future clients (i.e. new contracts).

Chip knows better to hype the stock, but I intepreted it as him saying "How good is business ? It's so good that .... we will have to increase the equipment we need (and hire people to operate it ?) in order to meet our contract commitments."

If you remember back in Sept/Oct, I always felt the best indicator to use to see if their (or any services company's) business was picking up was: Are they hiring ? This is the basis for my opinion that EXSO, although still has challenges, is gonna do OK.

Regards,
Chris
