ESTIMATE REVISIONS: CPQ: SOUTHWEST SECUR increased estimate for fiscal year ending 12/98 from $1.70 to $1.72 on 02/27/98 CPQ: SOUTHWEST SECUR increased estimate for quarter ending 12/98 from $0.52 to $0.53 on 02/27/98 CPQ: SOUTHWEST SECUR made new estimate for fiscal year ending 12/99 of $2.14 on 02/27/98

Mo...I'm very calm and, unlike most on this thread, very realistic. I suppose Ed, aftab, and others will put a positive spin on this news, but the truth is that CPQ is in the toilet near term. I believe that CPQ is very good long-term and continue to hold my shares. Do you see this morning's news as good? Do you think that the Wall Street "wise guys" don't move the market? Their "little game" is THE game. It's time to wake up and smell the coffee, CPQ ain't cutting it. As I type CNBC reporting that CPQ MAY not make their first quarter. If you liked CPQ @ 36, you're gonna love it @ 26. My opinion. Stephen
