Mo..the only thing that I see positive here is that ML's lowering the bar for the first quarter may give CPQ an opportunity to meet or beat the number in the first quarter and shine. Recent downgrades also give analysts room to upgrade later if first quarter numbers are okay and if they like EP's strategy for merging DEC. As I said, I continue to hold, but look for 26 near term. Long term, I'm still saying 42-45 by Christmas. Time will tell. Only my opinion. Stephen
