It really doesn't bother me that most posts on this thread are "bad", and I don't feel the need to defend the Co. But it just seems most of the posters have never actually tried Amazon and I thought my experience would be helpful. I don't own the stock and I think its way overpriced, but I am very happy with their service. After a dozen orders I'll say its no fluke. When I need a book in a hurry I'll drive the 15 minutes to Stroudwater and pay the extra 30% (if they have it)

I really have to come in on the side of AMZN as far as service goes. At least I haven't had any problems with them. They are a real gem compared to E*Trade.

I haven't had any problems with any other bookseller either.

But that doesn't mean their stock is worth $75, buying on earnings for the year 2008!
