Steven: The need for cheaper out sourcing in lieu of the more expensive in house production has been discussed by both of us previously. The current concept is for Companies to reduce/eliminate their FAB facilities.

SE Asia has huge low wage state of the art Mfg. facilities. I believe that CS has been decidedly slow and reluctant to shut down their in-House plants and use the open market.

Do you know why.?
