The closest I have come to any lawsuit was when I held a relatively small amount of
GPTA, and there happened to be a shareholder's suit. A few hundred bucks in
cash and stock showed up in the mail, as part of the class action. But, you could
push me closer.


Huuuum. So you lied on BORL thread about law suits when you bragged
about your BORL shares you claimed you got from settlement. Oh boy,
few'll say anything to be right. I don't care if you are right or
wrong. But I'm simply pointing out some of your stories don't add
up. Wish you make lots of $$$.

Btw, if you think ORCL'll tank and don't plan to sue the company,
buying puts is one of many ways to go. I sold more puts and bought
back some calls yesterday.
