You know quite a bit about the company and I agree with your analysis--having followed the company closely for at least four years.

You are wrong however in one respect--the stock did hit $45/share but subsequently there was a 3 for 2 split--so the high price for the current shares is $30. Would be nice to see that again.

Well from what I can learn in addition to a strong performance (no BS) by Stuek during the conference call--his influence is already being felt. For one thing---contracts are under close review and written in a more professional manner (heresay--but from a source I trust)--already they are working on "case studies"--that the marketing approach that will should get the attention of the Big 6 consultants--management changes (there will be more)--but Stuek didn't waste any time in addressing the problem in the Sales organization (west coast). Have no direct knowledge of what happened out there but it is certain to send a message to the organization. Procedures and cost controls--already seeing improvement in this area and without close monitoring of costs--Q1 would have been a lot worse.

Well--I can go on--but like you I see SSAX (as H&Q put it) as a long term "value play"--one more point that I am investigating and hope to report on if I can getthe details is with the technology--BPCS is "object" oriented. In 4-6 years it will be possible to send data from a computer in Asia to one in the US via satellite. Its a vision of Motorola at this time and will be similar but not technically equivalent to the Iridium project that should go live for world wide voice this fall. I think (but cannot substantiate at this time) that the object technology vs rational technology is or can become the preferred data mining technology for this type of data transfer--would certainly be an improvement over renting secure telephone line as many companies do today. Well--that is enough for today.
