To All, need to check the date on the filing.
I believe they have, most likely, paid for a
BUY recommendation with the shares. Recommendations
are not free. They should not affect earnings from
last year, however, will affect first Q this year.
I still hold with my earnings estimate of .0315.
I am not worried, yet! OUT

Although it will certainly help to have the new shares out of the way, I won't be surprised if the stock continues to drift. As long as the company keeps diluting our interests with unannounced offerings for undisclosed purposes, new investors will continue to be wary. Shares for targeted, preannounced purposes are viewed favorably. Behind-the-scenes offerings for general corporate purposes are not good. This month's shares may get assimilated, but how many will they issue next time around? Fear of dilution can be as bad as the real thing.

At least we will (eventually) have year-end numbers to look at.

Not necessarilly - we'll have to see the effect of the additional shares on the financial ratios, & then there's market perception of TRIBY management (which includes more ticked off shareholders selling in frustration)

+ = TRIBY management appears to be building a solid company
- = They continually manifest a combination of cluelessness & arrogance when it comes to relations with their shareholders.

Sounds like I'm in Greg's camp - bullish on company progress and potential, P--sed off at management.

guess Dmore's revelation constitutes TRIBY's response to Greg Ps share buyback campaign.
