fwiw, I talked to David Archibald this afternoon.

It took him a couple of days to return
my call, then another day of phone tag,
but he did return my second call(s).

I wanted to voice my disatisfaction
about the timing of the release of info
in Feb. He defended that a bit saying
that yes, they will still have production
in 1Q - just not volume production!
He defended Lev, saying that he had a
difficult job to come on board in Jan
and determine exactly where they were,
that Lev's ideas had been changing on
a day-to-day basis, and that he
had wanted to get a very clear stake
in the ground.

He said that they were thinking about doing
either a CC or press release on monthly basis,
and that they will probably give us a progress
report by the end of this month.

I asked about equipment in NI being run at full
speed. He said that the problems with the lamination
material started at about 50% of full speed. He
also stated that line 1 was now configured for PC
batteries and that they did NOT have a lamination
problem with that line.

He reiterated that any OEM contracts would have to
be announced as soon as they are signed. I asked if
they could begin large scale production without
having a contract to sell in place, and he said that
was possible, tho he agreed that there should
not be too much additional negotiation required once
they have proven production capacity.
