<What do you expect to happen the the "canyons" of the major markets? Maybe sometime in the future they will field test it and we can find out? WCII really does have great potential if this stuff works.> WinStar doesn't have near the problems with "canyons" as CVUS does trying to shoot to windows of homes and offices where trees and other buildings can block your LOS. WinStar can broadcast from the top of the tallest buildings and just shoot to antenaes on the rooftops of the surrounding buildings. Much easier.
