All this is total speculation on my part.

Another choice to explain the possible new Triby share float (if there was one). I had previously heard a rumor of insider buying in Dec 97 of about 500k shares by several officers of Triby (three or four officers or board members). These then, may be the newly registered shares. If true, insider buying would be a real plus, and add to shareholder value.

Regarding the Bray facility, I also heard a rumor that a portion of the SLF shares were pledged as collateral for a bank note to buy an existing, modern facility. The size was possibly arround 60,000 sq feet. The other possibility then, is that Triby shares were created and used to pledge against the note.

In any case, all these possibilities appears to lock the shares up for the LT. Insiders won't be selling and the bank likely will just hold as long as the mortgage is paid.

Can anyone confirm any of this??
