Would you Russia experts care to discuss the relative advantages of investing in TRF vs. RNE vs. Lexington Troika (LEXRX??).

You're convincing me that Russia is one place to invest in long-term, but how?

Vi, your source for << Recently I heard (and read) they eased the rates a bit. >> is correct: The Central Bank indeed decreased the refinancing rates two time in the last few weeks. Hope this trend will be sustainable. I saw it on Reuters and on some Russian sites/reviews.

One useful one I like is:

They have a good weekly review. Registration used to be free.
