Bradley, Not stupid at all. If options motivate you as an employee then a few months down is not that big of a deal. TM is not real generous with his options for field people compared to his competitors. These factors combined, along with the fact that being in remote Ottowa doesn't exactly put you square in the crosshairs of all the other techs and headhunters says this isn't a big near term issue. (The good with being in an unusual location). IMO Mark Mark
