It is the earnings downgrade and Tom Kurlak's today's announcement that the semiconductor industry will not bottom out until summer that is driving TXN down.

I think there's an analyst meeting tomorrow and perhaps this pull-back is connected to that. If they do hint at weak numbers for the quarter, I would imagine the guidance will be the critical factor. I wish I could be a fly on the wall. :)
