Michael: We are in a global economy and CS has been very slow to take advantage of that. I would like to assure you that SE ASIA is fully geared to JIT production, excellent Q/A and has the infra structure for air transport, Communication etc.

Now that wages in Dollars for parts of S.E Asia have been reduced by half or more, there is a great Window of opportunity for CS to out source at bargain prices.
